1.) The contest you won (example -- Free Books On Friday -- Saturday Blog Drawing -- Chat at Coffee Time Romance) OR the words Free Ebook Card and the code from the back of the card.

2. The title of the book you would like to receive or the name of the other prize you have won (example -- Secret Desires PDF or lace bookmark)

3. The format of the book you would like to receive (example, paperback, PDF, Lit)

4.) Your postal mailing address if you have won a paperback or other prize that needs to be mailed to your postal mailing address

5.) Please share a bit about yourself and what you like to read, how you found Black Velvet Seductions, whether you've read other Black Velvet Seductions books, what you like and dislike about the Black Velvet Seductions website.

Please be aware that book orders placed through our website are processed automatically. An email and link to download purchased ebooks is generated immediately upon purchase. Prizes are processed manually, which means that I have to find your email and manually respond to it. Please be patient. It does sometimes take 2-3 days to process a prize email. If you have not received your free ebook in three days please resend your email. It is possible that your email got lost in cyberspace or that our email to you with your ebook attached got lost in cyberspace.
