  Get Free Books

There are several ways for readers to obtain free books from Black Velvet Seductions.

One way to get free books is to win them. Black Velvet Seductions has a free newsletter for readers. Each Friday we draw a name or two from our subscriber base and give away free books, ebooks, book bags, or other Black Velvet Seductions goodies. There are other opportunities to win free books as well. Watch for chats with Black Velvet Seductions authors on various sites and in various email loops. We often give away prizes at these kind of functions. Typically, the more active the group the more prizes we give away. To sign up for the free newsletter and be entered for all of our Friday contests please sign up for our free newsletter by clicking HERE.

We routinely give ebooks and in some cases paperbacks or galleys to those who are prominent in the book world. This includes librarians who recommend books to their patrons, booksellers who recommend books to their customers, reviewers who review for organizations or who write freelance reviews, chair persons for book clubs and reading groups, in some cases moderators of book related eloops who discuss the books they have read or who encourage others to discuss the books they have read.

However, one does not have to be a librarian, bookseller or host a book club or reading group in order to qualify for free advanced reader copies. We also make them available on a limited basis to readers who can demonstrate that they are active readers who talk openly about the books they read, either on lists, in groups, or through Amazon and/or Barnes and Noble reviews. We do not require that persons who receive books in this manner have or express a good opinion of them. (Reviewers for instance never guarantee a good review). All we ask is that people who request and receive free books or ebooks as part of our advanced readers program read the books in a reasonable time frame and talk about them with their patrons, customers, friends, relatives, list mates, or club members, or review them as they would other books that they read. We also request that they provide us with their feedback as that helps us to know what we are doing well and where we could improve.

To discuss being added to our list of advanced copy recipients please email LaurieSanders@fusemail.com
